Owner is a rude prick. Company is a rip off. Had a strange man at my door the other morning to do pool check. Had told previous person that I will maintain pool on my own, did not listen and had someone rock up next month trying to charge me $94 for a little bit of chlorine. Pool is currently not functioning due to leak but they still have put on invoice that he done all the duties he was not even hear more then 5 minuets. Do not get these guys to clean your pool. They will rip you off. Owner is a rude old drunk prick and I will be telling everyone I no of the crappy bad service and provide.
Awful company with no sense of customer service. After allegedly fixing our pump we were having the same problem and called back. I waited for hours one day after being told someone would be around after 2 but no one showed and I wasn't contacted. Days later I wake to a strange man in my back yard, who tells me he's picking up the pump and will bring it back fixed that afternoon. I called at 4 as no one had shown and spoke to the owner. He was chauvinistic, rude and spoke over me, disregarding my concerns about strange men coming around unannounced and the lack of communication. The day after I was called by another man that said he was dropping off an unrepairable pump. Spoke to the owner and he told us it was dogs breakfast, find someone else and hung up. No explanation. With the exception of one man, the whole company, owner and staff, are unpleasant and ineffective.
